Air Conditioning
Each townhome has a wall mounted temperature control. Air conditioning is not available.
Arrival
Units are self check-in. You will be sent documents prior to your arrival with door codes you will require for your stay. If you do not receive these documents, please contact our sister resort Glacier Mountaineer Lodge at 1.250.439.1160.
Business Services
There are limited business services available at our sister resort Glacier Mountaineer Lodge, please contact Guest Services. More comprehensive services can be found in the Town of Golden.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Glacier Mountaineer Lodge.
Children
The Aspens gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Housekeeping
A full clean including new linens is available on request for a charge at anytime during your stay.
Internet
Some condos at The Aspens are equipped with complimentary wireless Internet access. Please note that The Aspens is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network.
Iron & Ironing Board
All suites at The Aspens are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each condo at The Aspens features a fully equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite with laundry detergent.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit and in some cases garage access is provided.
Pets
The Aspens is pleased to offer “Pet Friendly” suites. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your room and that you pick up after your pet. Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. A pet charge will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may incur. Not all suites are "Pet Friendly" so be sure to inquire upon reservation.

Quiet Times
The Aspens is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guests and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am.
Shopping - Groceries
There is a small seasonal (winter) General Store located in the resort at Glacier Mountaineer Lodge. Alternatively, grocery stores can be found in the Town of Golden; a 15 minute drive.
Ski/Bike/Golf Club/Snowboard Storage
There is storage provided for each townhome. If there is a garage, skis and golf clubs can place be stored in them, otherwise the balcony can be used. Please be advised that snowboards, skis and poles are not permitted inside townhomes. The Aspens will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
Smoking
The Aspens is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted. Guests caught smoking will face a penalty fee.
